  Once the Principal of the school gave permission for a Scout Troop to be in his school he needed to get the OK from the Scout Commissioner of the Asmara Scout Group. This is the letter he received back from the Commissioner. It looks like the Commissioner and I knew one another. I really wish I could remember that.
